VIC Arrival Funding

We have recently been advised that Vic Arrival attendance data is not being submitted by some QikKids services.

Attendance data for Vic Arrival must be submitted in order for it to be received by the Victorian Government. If attendance data has not been submitted, it will not be included in government records.

Submitting Attendance Data

To submit your Vic Arrival attendance data, please follow these steps:

Select ‘State Kindy Funding’ from the top menu
Navigate to Vic Arrival > Submit Attendance
In the pop-up window:
Enter the Week Start Date (must be a Monday)
Enter the Week End Date (must be a Friday)
When ready, select ‘Submit’ to send the data

We recommend checking that your attendance data has been submitted for any recent weeks to ensure your records are up to date.
