Discover Updates - February 26, 2026

Enrolment Form (V3): Users can now remain signed in for longer periods and will receive clear notifications when their session expires. Enrolment forms can be submitted without interruption or loading issues. Error messages have been improved for clarity, and the process of creating or adding multiple children within the enrolment form is now more reliable.

Charge Type Analysis V2 Report: Records are now accurately and correctly separated by centre, with all displayed values reflecting the selected centre. Reports also load more reliably, even when processing large volumes of data.

Print Attestation Form: Fixed an issue where the print window did not open after saving an enrolment when using Edit Week, ensuring attestations can now be printed as expected.

Credit Note: Enhanced the reliability of credit note creation by implementing automatic retries for failed attempts and introducing controls to prevent duplicate credit notes.

Flexible Debit Success billing schedules in Discover

Centres can now configure custom billing schedules for Debit Success payments.

Billing frequency can be set to weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, and bill payers can choose their own billing cycle where needed. This allows billing to better align with invoicing and family payment preferences.

A new Billing Plan configuration area is now available:

• Payments → Integrations (centre default settings)

• Bill Payer screen (individual billing plans)

To activate a billing plan, select:

• Frequency

• Payment day (or billing date for monthly)

• Start week

Once active, payments will be scheduled automatically based on the selected billing frequency.
