Recently, we have been delivering a series of enhancements to support the ACT uplift within the State Kinder Funding tool. These final updates close out the ACT uplift and ensure services have the reporting and administration tools needed to confidently manage fee relief.
ACT Expenditure ReportWe have developed a new Expenditure Report for ACT Preschool. This provider-level report outlines the Total Fee Relief received for each service, within a given date range. It has been designed to provide a clear and brief summary of expenditure to support reconciliation requirements.
This report can be found under Reports > Financial Reports > ACT Expenditure Report.
Bulk Update – Eligible Kinder Program
ACT Three-year-old preschool can now be assigned to child profiles in bulk through the Update Child Information bulk tool. This will allow services to efficiently update multiple child profiles at once, ensuring children are correctly assigned to the appropriate program and removing the need to go into each individual child’s profile. You can find this tool in Profiles > Children, selecting all relevant children, and clicking Update.
