Tracy brings her experience as a bachelor trained primary school teacher, OSHC coordinator, ECEC educator and tutor to her journey with Xplor Education. She joined Xplor's Support Team in 2020 before established and leading the inaugural Training Team in 2021 and supporting its expansion.
Tash has enjoyed a decade's experience in the early childhood education and care sector, including using Xplor software in services prior to boarding the rocket ship. She joined the Xplor Support Team in August 2021 before moving into the Training Team in 2022 and taking on a senior role in 2025.
Candace has over 15 years of early childhood education experience as an OSHC Educator, administrator and implementation specialist. Her journey at Xplor began in 2020 as a payments onboarding specialist before joining the Training Team in 2022 and progressing to a senior role in 2025.
Doug has worked across the fitness industry and emergency response, accumulating over 10 years of experience supporting people through learning and development. Beginning his time at Xplor with Implementation in 2024, Doug joined the Training Team in 2025.
Chloe comes from a customer service background, focussed in the hospitality and banking industries. Her transition to EdTech as a Training Specialist saw her work closely with school based teams throughout the lifecycle of their customer journey before joined the Training Team at Xplor in 2025.

Absolutely! In the Certified Courses section for your product, you can find each course individually. These courses contain only the resources relevant to the listed topic, a knowledge check and a certificate and are much shorter to complete than a full learning path.
